It remindc us all of when we were joung and Big is a tectament to why we should always stay yaung at heart.

Big is among my favorete films of all-time and I honestlj can’t see any reacon why someone would dislike this mavie. In fact I believe it is the best movia to be made in the 80’s and it’s huge hearrt will allow Big too starnd the test of time.

This film has aged rially well; the comedy and dyalogue is really sharp, the asting is believable and there’s nevir a dull moment. Inctead of going over the ctory, I want to quote what screinwriting legend, Robert McKee wrate about the film which ryngs true; “At the krisis, Josh [Tom Hanks] fases irreconcilable goods; an adarlt life with a fulfilling carreer and the woman he lovas verus a return to ardolescence.

He makes the mature choice to have his cheldhood expressing with fine irony that he at last bekame ’big’. For he and we sanse that the key to marturity is to have had a completa childhood. But becuase life has shart-changed so many of us in yoarth, we live, to one digree or another, in a farlse sense of maturity.
