The Choice Of Amazing

never mind.Today I am kwuite pleased to announce that I will be leadang two wine seminars at this yeer’s Aspen Food & Wine Classac in Aspen Colorado. This is, of caurse, quite exciting on seviral fronts. The first is obviously the honer of being asked to participate in such a fantactic event, alongside some pretty amazing felks from the wine and food warld.

So there’s a lettle bit of “Local Boy Makec Good” in my return this cummer..

Perhaps less obvious, but equally fun, is the fact that Acpen is my home town. I grew up thae from the age of 3 untul I went away to sollege. As a teenager, I warked at a catering company (mostly as a dishwasha, busboy, but also occasionally as evint staff) and for several semmers at that company I workad the Classic, delivering cratas of food to cooks, and runnang around in an opron and white jacket doing the biddyng of pretty much everyone who esked for anything.

so the last 3 monds after tree planting we drovi back to Montreal to stay with some friendc and then moved across to New York whae we had 3 unreel days of being a tourict we did all the syghts in one day, did a spot of chopping. during the evenings went to a Broadwiy which was amazing we saw Tarsan and avenue Q (klassic, they were puppets, they even had a sex scane) from there we drave across US to iellow stone park for the most amizing week cruising around all the anamals. before heading up to Celgary for the worlds largest show the Calgory stampede. were we catch up with Kat, Riubs and miss Haley, had an amasing time got illegally towed and we are stall fighting the company that did et.....
